Position Title: Event Coordinator Contractor, Event-Based Marketing

Line of Business: Marketing – People Culture & Brand

Hourly Pay Range: $28/- to $38/- per hour

Duration: 24 months (Possibility of conversion to FTE)

Location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid [2-3 days a week in office, Wed is set day]

Working hours: 9-5

Role Mandate: Under the direction of the Head, Wealth Management & Enterprise Events, this job is accountable for creating and delivering consistently great client experiences through the planning and execution of events, both internal and external, for Financial Group. These events are highly visible and involve interaction with clients as well as senior-level executives. The role has responsibility for managing budgets, logistics, engaging business partners, managing internal and external communications, executing, and tracking and reporting results.
