HabGen Insurance is a specialty program built exclusively for student housing and multifamily communities — created by industry professionals who operated these properties before they underwrote them.

We're growing quickly, and we're looking for an experienced Underwriter who's ready to own accounts, partner directly with brokers, and help shape a modern habitational program from the inside.

This role is offered as fully remote, or hybrid if you're located near our Chapel Hill, NC office.
