This individual will support a regional sales team by prospecting, recruiting, and developing relationships with distributors while helping grow a designated territory. They will spend time setting weekly meetings with new and existing partners, tracking activity in a CRM, and collaborating closely with regional wholesalers and sales managers to drive revenue. The role includes structured training across industry knowledge, products, and sales strategy, with the goal of promotion into a Regional Wholesaler position within 6–12 months. Compensation for this role is set at $50,000 salary, with potential to earn $80,000-120,000 in a promoted role as a Regional Wholesaler.
