FireLight Insurance QA Manual Tester / QA Analyst

Location: Canada

This role is responsible for validating and testing insurance carrier products and workflows configured within the FireLight platform for National Financial Services (NFS), a major broker‑dealer (part of Fidelity). The position ensures that insurance products, e‑applications, workflows, forms, suitability checks, and integrations function accurately and comply with carrier, broker‐dealer, FINRA, and regulatory requirements before being released to advisors and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product & Workflow Testing:
    • Perform end‑to‑end manual testing of insurance carrier products configured in FireLight, including:
      • Annuities (fixed, indexed, variable)
      • Life insurance products
      • eApplications and submission workflows
      • Suitability and compliance workflows
