To support the Insurance team with end-to-end administration of global insurance programs by ensuring timely enrolments, accurate documentation, effective coordination, and adherence to defined service standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Manage timely addition and removal of employees and contractors from global medical insurance plans.
- Insurance Administration: Assist with weekly enrollments, cancellations, and coverage updates for specific clients and regions.
- Query Management: Respond to general insurance coverage queries from staff and contractors in a clear and professional manner.
