Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Client Service & Operations Associate to support a wealth management team with client account maintenance, documentation, CRM updates, and executive-level administrative support. This role requires excellent communication, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage time-sensitive financial paperwork with accuracy.

Experience with Fidelity Investments and/or Charles Schwab is strongly preferred. Exposure to life insurance and annuity products is a plus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process client account maintenance requests (address changes, trust updates, beneficiary changes, divorce-related updates, etc.)
  • Prepare and track client documentation (K-1s, 1099s, alternative investment paperwork)
