Everywhen in Colchester is seeking customer service representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively. This role offers flexible working hours, with options for full-time or part-time schedules.
The successful candidate will provide a highly customer-focused experience, support sales, and meet productivity targets. After a successful 6-month probation period, hybrid working will be available.
A competitive salary of £24,785 (pro-rata) plus a performance-based quarterly bonus is included.
