  • Follow up on files until they are closed

  • Communicate with policyholders, experts, and partners

  • Apply current procedures and regulations



    • Required profile :
  • Associate's degree (Bac+2) or higher in management or a similar field

  • Desired experience in claims management

  • Good analytical skills and organizational skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication

  • Proficiency in computer tools
