**Purpose**



The position is responsible for providing administration, oversight, and service support to Inforce policy service requests. The incumbent will also resolve problems and escalate, as needed, ensure all require documentation is received and that business is in good order, and monitor and address any insurance licensing requirements.



**Accountabilities**



+ Provides in-force administrative support to advisor teams, SICs, ICs, and AISAs. This includes managing service requests/changes of in-force policies; helping advisors obtain and complete applicable forms; updating the policy records in Centralize; resolving administrative problems on Inforce business; distributing policy statements...
