Job Description

Working as part of a team, actively service, maintain, and help grow both commercial and personal lines book of business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • The focus will be to service the book of business, with the option to also earn additional commission for any new business sales you bring to the brokerage
  • Manage all aspects of the customer life cycle from quote to renewal, endorsements, remarkets and cancellations.
  • Promptly respond to client, carrier, and colleague inquiries.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of risk and underwriting information to ensure accuracy and optimal insurance solutions for your clients.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
  • Recognize and realize sales opportunities where it makes sense.
  • Take new claim reports and submit them to the insurance carrier.
