• At least 1-2 years’ experience in administrative duties;

• Ability to process requests timely and accurately

What you’ll be doing on the job

Duties :

  • Process all types of Person Alteration transactions and deliver within service standards. Transactions, include changes in assignments, beneficiary nominations, change of signature, vesting, change of smoker/occupation/foreigner statuses, change of payee, party merging etc;
  • Escalate to Compliance/AML on high-risk policyholders;
  • Check and file daily reports;
  • Handle queries from reps, policyholders and internal staff;
  • Assist in system testing for defects and enhancements;
  • Assist in project work assigned by the Unit/Section Heads;
