Job Description

We are currently looking for an Instrumentation Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of our DCS, PLC, and plant instrumentation systems at our Iligan power plant.

This role is critical to plant safety, process stability, and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of plant instruments
  • Execute calibration, testing, and repair of field instruments, transmitters, control valves, and analyzers
  • Maintain and support DCS and PLC systems, including:
  • Loop checks
  • Logic modifications
  • Bypassing and interlocks
  • Data trending and analysis
  • Operate and maintain the Instrument Laboratory / Workshop
  • Perform plant troubleshooting during 24/7 operations and shutdowns
  • Maintain DCS/PLC backups, equipment history cards, and maintenance records
