Westview Health Centre is looking for an outstanding clinical nursing leader to provide front line leadership, mentorship, and education to continuing care staff. Westview is located in Stony Plain, just a short 20-minute drive west of Edmonton.
As a CNE and clinical leader, you will have the opportunity to focus primarily on providing education, mentorship and coaching in real time to support the growth, development, confidence, and resiliency of staff so that we can provide the best care possible to our residents. You will collaborate with management and partners to promote standards of clinical, educational, and evidence-based practice and will play a key role in providing safe, quality, trauma informed and patient and family centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values of AHS.
