CAE is a global leader in aviation training and the prime contractor for the NATO Flying Training in Canada’s program and the Future Air Crew Training program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of AFT‑FW CQFIs in designing and developing the pilot training system for the RCAF, including aircraft type conversion training, courseware, testing, and policy development.
  • Assist with the design and development of classroom‑based, synthetic training device‑based, and live flight training sequences.
  • Participate in acceptance testing of courseware, synthetic training devices, and aircraft.
  • Help establish an integrated training centre by developing policy and procedure documents.
  • Integrate and test information‑management systems (e.g., Learning), synthetic training device lesson plans, and PC‑21 air lesson plans.
