Instructor for Aerospace

For one of our clients, a leading Swiss aviation group, we are looking for Instructors to be responsible for teaching, guiding, and evaluating aviation personnel through theoretical and practical training.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• Conduct annual Training Needs Assessments
• Develop, update, and maintain Training Syllabus and Materials for a wide range of regulatory and technical trainings, including:

EWIS, FTS, and SMS Training

• Deliver internal training programs (theoretical, technical, or practical), except those requiring EASA Part 147 approval
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Administrative Sta to manage the implementation and follow-up of all AMAC internal training activities
• Prepare and organise training sessions based on departmental or regulatory needs
• Manage and maintain the internal training certificates
