Position Overview

The position will involve instruction of Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 Apprenticeship Training as well as Applied Certificate Electrical Training, and program development and maintenance of support material used by the program.

Use of technology is a requirement in the program for training and support. Understanding of Office 365, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoints are examples.

Job Duties

• Provide instruction to students enrolled in the Electrician program.
• Design and implement a student‑centered learning environment using an outcome‑based approach in either a face‑to‑face or online delivery mode.
• Prepare and deliver lessons, assignments, lectures and demonstrations using principles of adult learning.
• Develop new curriculum, training aids, and materials as needed.
• Use digital tools proficiently, including typical architectural software and general office applications.
