*Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engine performance and powerplant engineering related training courses to internal and external customers, both at the P&W China Customer Training Center (CCTC) and on-site at customer locations around the world. Main responsibilities include the development and delivery of specific training modules related to engine on-wing health monitoring, engine fleet management, engine design & repair and engine overhaul process and workscope development.
 

Additional responsibilities include designing courseware in accordance with the P&W CTC Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Process, evaluating course material for content and accuracy, and recording quality escapes to support CORE requirements.
