St. Michael’s Health Centre in Lethbridge is recruiting a Casual Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to support our Complex Mental Health program and other units within the site dealing with complex mental health history in combination with dementia. The role focuses on developing, delivering, and strengthening orientation and educational initiatives, while providing guidance and coaching to staff. Responsibilities include assessing and enhancing clinical skills and knowledge. The Clinical Nurse Educator also functions as a key resource for clinical staff and educators, offering consultation and direction related to patient/resident care within the scope of practice.
