Instructional Technologist

The Instructional Technologist provides support to the broader Asurion University (AU) organization by supporting the use of digital platforms used for training and coaching, analyzing, and reporting out on data gathered from outcome-based training initiatives, and providing insights to and consulting with leadership about key performance trends and identifying and suggesting training methods to improve behavior and performance for our frontline Experts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with key stakeholders throughout AU to integrate student learning outcomes into the design, development, implementation, and management of instructional content, courses, and projects within AU's online learning management system (LMS) to enrich teaching and learning
