Summary The incumbent will serve as an Instructional Systems Specialist within AJV-T430. Responsibilities The Instructional Systems Specialist serves as the Training Development Program Manager and is responsible for establishing procedures and standards for training development projects and programs, managing training development projects, providing strategic advisory services to the Training Solutions Team Manager regarding development and maintenance of training programs, and leading training development and revision projects/programs of major significance in support of the FAA and external federal agencies. The Instructional Systems Specialist is a recognized subject matter expert in developing and executing training development plans based on extensive knowledge of FAA training program standards and practices.
