Summary You will serve as an INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST in the NAVAL INFORMATION WARFARE TRAINING DETACHMENT NORFOLK of NAVMETOCPRODEVCEN. Responsibilities You will develop, update, present and distribute training courses of instruction, multimedia graphic visual aids, tests and surveys, and other instructional materials supporting all phases of Meteorological and Oceanographic (METOC) operations. You will maintain, update and develop new lessons during instruction by reviewing various government and academic institution publications and by researching the latest developments in new technology. You will establish and maintain professional contacts with leading practitioners, researchers and others in education and training institutions related to METOC equipment, systems, programs of record and associated software applications.
