Instructional Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather learning requirements through needs assessments with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Apply instructional design principles to develop effective learning solutions.
• Design storyboards, scripts, and learning plans aligned with objectives.
• Develop interactive eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and other tools.
• Create and integrate multimedia content (audio, video, simulations, gamification).
• Update and refine content based on feedback.
• Maintain project documentation and course repositories.

Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of experience in instructional design/eLearning.
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline & Rise, Camtasia, Canva; basic HTML/CSS/JS.
