• Understanding client requirements and propose learning solutions to meet the requirements
• Formulate instructional approaches
• Create HLOs, DCOs and IDDs
• Develop detailed storyboards in Word and PowerPoint
• Create formative and summative assessments
• Provide production support
• Review deliverables to ensure adherence to storyboard instructions
• Comprehensive understanding of learning theories and models and ability to effectively apply them while solutioning
• Communicate clearly and concisely with internal team members and clients
