About the Role
We're looking for an Instructional Designer who can convert complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and visually strong PowerPoint presentations aligned with the Intellipaat brand. Your core focus will be to design instructor-led classroom decks that look premium, teach effectively, and stay consistent across courses.
Key Responsibilities
● Create high-quality, visually appealing PPT decks for instructor-led and recorded learning programs
● Convert raw inputs (SME notes, outlines, blogs, recordings, PDFs) into structured, learner-friendly slides
● Apply instructional design principles (learning objectives, flow, concept scaffolding, recall, practice)
● Maintain Intellipaat brand consistency: colors, typography, layouts, iconography, tone, visual language
