Instructional Designer I

The Instructional Designer I works with the Director of Learning & Development to design, implement, and maintain learning content, programs, and certifications. They are highly collaborative, and partner with people from multiple departments in the company to gain context and subject matter expertise to ensure that learning resources are accurate, relevant, customized, and engaging.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning programs Collaborate with company SMEs to: Conduct Needs Analysis to identify goals and performance gaps
    Gather context and specialized knowledge
    Understand career paths and subsequent learning resources
