Instructional Designer

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
• Proficiency in instructional design software and tools.
• Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning.
• Experience with needs assessments, learning evaluation, and continuous improvement processes.
• Tools Expertise: Camtasia, Vyond, Articulate, Synthesia, etc.
