Instructional Designer Position SummaryThe American University in the Emirates (AUE) is seeking a creative and innovative Instructional Designer to support the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of teaching and learning experiences across the University. The successful candidate will collaborate with faculty members, subject matter experts, and academic departments to design, develop, and evaluate engaging, learner‑centered instructional materials and online learning experiences. The role will support the University's commitment to academic excellence, educational technology integration, accreditation standards, and student success.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution. A Master's degree is preferred.
