Learning and Development is responsible for the strategic direction and establishment of learning and performance enablement solutions to build capabilities for leaders and employees. The function takes a high-level view to ensure continuous development through on-the-job learning and helping employees perform better in their jobs. It enhances and supports the achievement of business objectives today and for the future.
Role overview:
- This is a dual-skilled role (Design + Development) requiring someone who can independently build complex eLearning assets from scratch while also consulting with stakeholders and SMEs.
