Job Description
- Work alongside the Executive Board, in dialogue with internal leadership and creative areas, on institutional planning, defining strategic guidelines, and formulating policies for resource mobilization, partnerships, and institutional relations.
- Plan and implement fundraising strategies with public and private agents, both national and international, including prospecting, negotiation, formalization, monitoring of partnerships, contract management, counterpart obligations, and relationship programs such as Alumni and others to be developed.
- Coordinate with the institution’s socio-environmental and cultural projects, as well as with prospecting, curation, programming and core areas, ensuring that institutional development strategies respect artistic, conceptual and programmatic integrity, translating projects and programs into clear, consistent and high-quality institutional narratives.
