Position Summary

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Installation Service Coordinator plays a key operational leadership role as the primary resource between our network of subcontracted installers and internal teams. In close collaboration with project managers, he actively contributes to the fluidity of operations, the maintenance of quality standards and the optimization of the customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls from installers and offer effective support according to operational needs.
  • Monitor installations using the Jira calendar and the different phases of implementation.
  • Process all installation-related billing.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) and statements of work for installers.
  • Enter and record non-conformances in the system.
