**Manufacturing Technician (INSPECTOR)**
**Location:** West Chester, OH
**Shifts:** 1st (6am–6pm) & 3rd (6pm–6am)
rotating schedule
**Pay:** $23–$26/hour
Kelly is seeking Manufacturing Technicians for a leading pharmaceutical client in West Chester. In this role, you will operate and monitor automated inspection equipment, perform visual and physical inspections, complete GMP documentation, and support lean/process improvement activities in a cGMP environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Operate, monitor, and adjust inspection equipment
+ Conduct manual inspections with attention to detail
+ Perform batch record entries and maintain accurate documentation
+ Handle materials using pallet jacks and lifts
+ Complete cleaning and housekeeping responsibilities
+ Support process improvements and participate in 5S/Kaizen events
