Inspector - QC

Job Scope

Perform inspections checks tests and sampling procedures of in-process and finished products of Precision as well as provide input data/data collection and confirm quality judgement to ensure that the manufactured products are of acceptable and consistent quality and meets the quality standards and customer s requirement.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform inspections of materials subassemblies or finished company products according to bill of material (BOM) JOB ID Item Material and ensure conformance to product.
• Conduct stage inspection to ensure that quality considerations are addressed and requirements are achieved at each stage of the products life cycle in accordance to the specifications drawings/samples provided.
• Prepare machine-wise and/or product-wise First Inspection Report (F.I.R) Work in Progress (W.I.P) and Post Operation Report and submit the same to the QAQC Manager on daily basis.
