**Inspector – 2nd Shift**
**Location:** Grand Rapids, MI (Bus Route Accessible)
**Job Type:** Hourly
**Pay Rate:** $16/hour + $0.75 Shift Premium for 2nd Shift
**Shift:** 2nd Shift, Monday – Thursday, 3 PM – 11 PM
**Training:** 1st Shift for approximately 30 days, Monday – Thursday, 5 AM – 3:30 PM
**Summary:**
Join our production team as an Inspector, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring all parts meet strict quality standards. You will be responsible for inspection, racking, sorting, packaging, and labeling, requiring strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Inspect production parts and identify/categorize plating defects with precision
+ Accurately enter inspection data into computer systems
+ Communicate findings and requirements to supervisors, quality personnel, and team members
+ Continuously learn new parts, processes, and production requirements
