The job incumbent is responsible for the accurate and professional coordination of the whole back office administrative process flow for BIVAC in his/her area of responsibility.Performs the job within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics and the BV Group policies. Arrangement for Inspection schedule by daily basisUpdate the Inspection report, photos, follow up IR in case of delayCheck inspection report with Siebel (Internal Programe) within 24 hoursCheck inspection photos with Siebel (Internal Programe) within 24hoursCOC issuance for Myanmar customers, oversea customers Qualification :
Graduate from University or secondary education with proper experienceGood English and local language skills
