Key Responsibilities


Outbound & Inbound Prospecting

• Execute high-volume daily outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Follow up event attendees, webinar participants, and marketing campaign leads.

• Qualify inbound leads and route them efficiently to the Sales team.

• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists aligned to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).


Qualification & Handover

• Conduct structured discovery calls to assess budget, authority, need, and timeline.

• Book qualified meetings with full context documented for the Sales team.

• Ensure clean, consistent lead-to-opportunity handover within ZOHO CRM.
