Our client is a growing logistics business looking to recruit an Inside Sales Trainee to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a school or college leaver who enjoys communicating with people and wants to build a career within sales and logistics. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal first step into the industry.

The Role

As an Inside Sales Trainee, you will receive training and support in:

  • Understanding the shipping and logistics industry
  • Using operating and quotation systems
  • Communicating with customers, suppliers and overseas agents
  • Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
