Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Management

Train and mentor inside sales representatives. Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings. Foster a high-energy, goal-oriented, and customer-focused team culture.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion. Create and optimize sales scripts, workflows, and outreach methods. Coordinate with marketing to align lead generation and nurturing activities,
