Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support the growth of our cybersecurity and managed IT services business. In this role, you will engage prospective clients primarily through outbound phone calls and follow-ups to promote cybersecurity webinars, seminars, and IT solutions tailored for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The ISR will play a key role in generating qualified leads, maintaining accurate CRM data, and supporting the sales pipeline while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
