Position Overview

This is a pure inside sales role, responsible for managing inbound leads, triaging opportunities, and supporting renewals for a portion of our customer base. The Inside Sales Specialist will be the primary point of contact for these customers, ensuring seamless renewals, opportunity progression, and day-to-day sales execution. You will work directly with Account Managers and Account Executives and sales leadership to keep deals moving, follow up with prospects, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
