Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage daily with assigned leads, reaching out to inbound and existing clients to build strong, consultative relationships.

  • Leverage deep product knowledge of TeamViewer’s SMB solutions to propose tailored recommendations that address unique business challenges.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service and timely communication.

  • Prepare accurate quotations and follow up within agreed timeframes to sustain sales momentum and improve conversion rates.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, including 50–60 outbound calls per day, 10–15 qualified meetings per week, and daily/weekly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager.

  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach using MEDDPICC/SPIN methodology.
