Responsibilities
Engage daily with assigned leads, reaching out to inbound and existing clients to build strong, consultative relationships.Leverage deep product knowledge of TeamViewer’s SMB solutions to propose tailored recommendations that address unique business challenges.Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service and timely communication.Prepare accurate quotations and follow up within agreed timeframes to sustain sales momentum and improve conversion rates.Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, including 50–60 outbound calls per day, 10–15 qualified meetings per week, and daily/weekly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager.Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach using MEDDPICC/SPIN methodology.Actively contribute to peer development, mentoring junior colleagues ...
