**Key Responsibilities**



Lead Response & Qualification



+ Fast respond to customer inquiries from website, phone, social media, and events.

+ Qualify leads using the BANT method (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) and record in Salesforce



Opportunity Creation & Assignment



+ Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities, ensuring accuracy of product line, industry, and value information

+ Assign opportunities to direct or channel sales according to process and notify via Teams



Quoting & Follow-Up



+ Provide budgetary quotes within certain business scope and drive order closure

+ Execute 68 follow-up touchpoints to maintain customer engagement, to uncover insights and strengthen customer retention and repeat purchases



Outbound & Demand Generation



+ Conduct outbound calls to create new opportunities
