Job Description

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours | Location: Hybrid – Tijuana, BC (office Tues/Wed) | Requirements: Valid US visa + Fluent English

This role is focused on generating incremental sales through proactive customer outreach , including reorders, replenishment, at-once business, follow-ups from field visits, and ongoing account engagement. Success in this position requires strong phone presence, consistent outbound activity, and the ability to efficiently convert conversations into orders .

This position is non-traveling, with the exception of 1 - 2 tradeshows and company sales meetings 2 times per year.

  • Drive revenue through high-volume outbound calls and emails to assigned wholesale accounts
  • Support Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs) in executing sales initiatives
