Career Opportunity Role Title Inside Sales Representative Purpose of role The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for increasing overall business results by promoting Canada Protection Plan and Foresters Financial products and services. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of two (2) days/week working from the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training to Financial Advisors on Canada Protection Plan and Foresters Financial products, services, software, as well as the completion of all applications and forms.
  • Prospecting for clients (calls, leads, referrals), assessing their needs, explaining complex product options (life, and critical illness), benefits, features, and costs
  • Generating leads through call campaigns, networking, and following up on provided leads
