Key Responsibilities

  • Re-engage with Aged Inbound Marketing Leads to uncover renewed interest and opportunities
  • Conduct outbound dialing on targeted lists to identify new prospects and expand customer reach
  • Understand customer needs and present solutions that address business challenges
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing sales — while meeting performance targets
  • Maintain precise records of client interactions, lead status, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and meet revenue goals
  • Provide insights on customer feedback and market trends to support ongoing business development
