Responsibilities

  • First point of establishing communication with whitespace accounts including cold calling – establishing, building relationships.
  • Solution selling to key decision makers within assigned child accounts with documented account plans.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the client's products, license/services offerings, and ability to articulate the messages to customers.
  • Close sync with sales team to ensure leads are converted into sales opportunities and closed loop with Sales Process.
  • Adhere to Worldwide Tele processes and standards consistent with the operational frameworks.
  • Maintain, update and accurately enter sales information and activity in CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
