Inside Sales Representative

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1.     Works closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Engineers in assisting to develop business sales growth strategies and plans to include in the business plan of Decibel Engineering.

2.     Having an in-depth knowledge and understanding of business products and services to create value proposition.

3.     Prepares offers based on the proponents RFQ.

4.     Coordinates with the Procurement Team (Decibel Engineering) for parts requirement inquiries in preparation for the offer.

5.     Coordinates with the Service Department for the technical servicing requirement inquiries in preparation for the offer.

6.     Coordinates with the upper management (Sales Manager) for the approval of the finalized proposal.

7.     Assists in negotiating with our clients in all possible way.

8.     Assists in third-party contractor arrangements and communication.
