Full Cycle Sales | US Market | Mix of Outreach & Closing

ABS International is a 16-year-old US-based company. We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives who can handle the complete sales process—from finding the customer to closing the deal.

This is NOT a simple Order Taking job. You will be responsible for generating your own opportunities through outbound calls and managing them until they pay.

The Pay Structure:

  • Competitive Base Salary: Based on experience.
  • Commission: Performance-based incentives on top of your salary.
  • Top Performers: Can earn 100k+ monthly (Base + Commission).

What You Will Do:

  • Outreach: Make outbound calls to US businesses to generate interest.
  • Consult: Analyze the client's needs and pitch our solution.
  • Close: Negotiate pricing and sign the contract.
  • Manage: Keep your CRM updated and organized.
