Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Enrolment Salesperson, based in Umhlanga. The successful candidate will guide prospective parents and students through the application and enrolment processes, provide accurate and up-to-date information about programs and offerings, and maintain student records. The role also involves collaborating with departments to ensure a seamless enrolment experience, addressing student inquiries, calling applications and supporting all company sales activities
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospective students and internal teams
Proficiency in administrative tasks, including maintaining detailed records and managing documents
Organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth enrolment processes
