£28,000 - £29,500 + Commission (£2,000 – 30,000 OTE)
Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading distribution business in Chesterfield who are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop their career, working with existing customers to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.
The Role:
- Handle orders via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
- Upsell and suggest related products to increase revenue.
- Manage opportunities from marketing and outside sales.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, resolving any order issues or backorders.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
