  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients

  • Provide responsive, high-quality customer service across all touchpoints

  • Initiate and manage pre-sale activities including product knowledge, quoting, and order entry

  • Ensure post-shipment follow-through and customer satisfaction

  • Assure accurate customer pricing

  • Collaborate with sales managers and reps to support quoting and order fulfillment

  • Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve customer concerns

  • Track and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
  • Experience with AS400 or similar mainframe systems
